Procore Bid Management sits at the inbound subcontractor-coordination stage of a general contractor’s bid workflow. A contractor working on a solicitation uses it to invite subcontractors, publish plans and specs for sub access, track addenda, capture and level responses, and award.
The module integrates with the rest of the Procore platform, so the same plans and addenda used during bidding remain available through preconstruction and construction phases. Firms that have standardized on Procore for project management commonly use it for the bid side as well; firms running Procore only for project management can adopt Bid Management as a discrete subscription within the broader suite.
