Where it sits in the bid workflow
PlanSwift operates at the quantity-takeoff and estimating stage of the bid workflow. A contractor preparing a price uses it to load drawings, measure linear and area quantities, apply assemblies, and roll the output into a priced estimate. The priced estimate then becomes one of several inputs into the bid documentation the contractor submits to the owner.
PlanSwift’s parent company ConstructConnect also runs the iSqFt subcontractor network and the PlanHub bid-management platform, and PlanSwift integrates with those products at varying depth.
